Reading my daughter's blog and journal reminds me of what is important in life: connection, family.
At some point she writes that unless you have a family base, a place you operate from, you can just pick up and go at the precise moment that you'd have to face the very thing that makes you feel uncomfortable.
When we apply courage and heart, and shine the light of awareness on what lies hidden in the dark, we can only be victorious. Loved Ones can be the impetus for us to stay and face the places that hurt. They also have the salve which can soothe the pain: Love.
I am grateful to have Loved Ones and to be One.
This is a happy day.

Inspiration comes easy....in a dream

Dreamed about the light, white mountain top enclave. My friend Tom hangs out there, he's got the key to all the cool environments. A bright art studio, a bathroom half indoor and outdoor with the coolest bathtub and rocks. grand living room sunk into the granit rockbed of the mountain....meadows and LOT os space for the few people who live and work here.

What do I best want and focus my vital energies on...family and friends.
Cooking and food. Eating and exercising. Meditating and singing music for the soul.
OK.
